Treehouse Murder Trial: Distressed Victim Paula Belmonte Testifies

Surviving victim Paula Belmonte was defendant Franklin Tucker's first defense witness. Belmonte, who is ill, took the stand from her hospital bed. She appeared to be quite distressed, insulted the prosecutor, and rambled incoherently. (1/19/24)
