Witness: Man Would Not Have Stopped Choking Girl if I Hadn't Stepped In

Josh Wagner recalled seeing a grown man choking a teen girl outside Timberline High in Washington State. Wagner said he intervened, held the man down, and said the girl’s face was changing colors as she appeared to lose consciousness. (7/14/25)
