Woman Who Allegedly Escaped Juan David Ortiz Cross-Examined

Erika Peña was the first witness in the Border Patrol Serial Killer Trial. She testified that she'd been involved in prostitution and took drugs in front of Ortiz. She said that he pulled a gun on her in his truck. (11/28/22)
