Joran van der Sloot is a Dutch national who confessed to killing Natalee Holloway in Aruba in 2005. Van der Sloot was later convicted of murdering Stephany Flores Ramirez in similar fashion. Van der Sloot confessed to Holloway’s murder in part of a plea agreement with federal prosecutors in the U.S.
