Man Fires Flare Gun, Strips to His Underwear, Somehow Resists Taser

Police stopped to check on Jacob Caldwell as he walked down a highway. He fired a flare gun, ran off, then stripped to his underwear. An officer tried to tase Caldwell, but he cursed, threw money, and was seemingly unaffected by the taser. (7/11/25)
