Friend: Madden Said He'd Cut Off Victim's Head & Put it in Mom's Lap

Victim Rachelle Brewsaugh's friend, Tania Cook, told the jury that defendant Toby Madden said he'd cut Brewsaugh's head off and place it in her mother's lap so the whole family would have to suffer. (9/26/24)
