A mental health counselor was charged with multiple counts of abuse alongside YouTube Ruby Franke who was also arrested after one of Franke's children escaped Jodi Hildebrandt's home to a neighbors house asking for food and water. The two were involved with a parent counseling service called "ConnecXions" before their arrest.
