Curtis Reeves has never denied he shot and killed Chad Oulson after an argument about cell phone usage in a movie theater, so the determination of whether the shooting was justifiable self-defense, or a murder will most likely rest on whether or not the jury believes the testimony of various eyewitnesses to the shooting.
