Deadly Parade Crash Trial: Witness Daniel Rider Testifies

Rider testified Darrell Brooks showed up on his doorstep in Waukesha in a t-shirt and no shoes, saying he was cold, homeless and needed a phone. Brooks was caught on Rider's Ring cam. Rider said he offered Brooks a jacket and sandwich. (10/17/22)
