Deadly Parade Crash Trial: Spectator Craig Liermann Testifies

Liermann is a cop but went to the parade as a civilian. He recalled that the driver of a red SUV barreled down the parade route and struck people. He said the SUV never slowed down, he never saw brake lights, and the driver didn't honk. (10/14/22)
