Doctor convicted of wife's murder denied new trial
Nearly five years after he was found guilty of his wife's murder, a Massachusetts judge denied Dr. Dirk Greineder a new trial. Greineder claimed the jury that convicted him performed a "junk science" experiment, but after questioning six jurors the Judge Paul Chernoff ruled the exercise did not affect the guilty verdict.
