7/29/21 Deadly Neighborhood Feud: Defendant's Sister Testifies in Mercy Phase

Chester Lilly was found guilty of first-degree murder in the death of his neighbor, Travis Peters. Lilly's sister, Michelle Lilly, asked the jury to grant her brother mercy. She called him her protector. (7/29/21)
