Said he saw the motor home drive past his house sometime between 3:30 and 4:30 p.m., though he hadn't seen neighbor Westerfield's motor home parked in the neighborhood in a couple of months

Testified that at about 9:15 a.m., he saw the motor home stopped at a stop sign across from his house, with Westerfield driving it
Said he drove behind the motor home for some time and observed it traveling passed Westerfield's home and out of Sabre Springs
Admitted that he told a defense investigator that he would make a terrible witness because he could not make a positive identification of Westerfield as the person driving the motor home

Before Westerfield left the morning of Feb. 2, he looked "like he had camped out" and his clothes were in "disarray"
