8/14/19 Landon Terrel Will Not Be Retried for Murder with Elder Neglect Case
Landon Terrel will not be retried for Felony Murder for the underlying charge of Elder Neglect. The jury was hung on one charge, but Terrel agreed to waive his appellate rights so that the prosecution agreed to not prosecute on the remaining charge.
